Returns, cancellations & REFUNDS

You can cancel an order until it has been shipped out by seller by calling the seller directly or contacting customer service desk. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back to your account for valid cancelled orders.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before the seller has shipped it, by contacting - customer support team at 011-30017604 or directly contacting the seller. Sellers may put certain restrictions on changing the order. Check for these instructions while placing the order.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund back in your account in 10 working days after your order has been cancelled. Please note that the loyalty points once redeemed won't be reinstated.

Shipping Policy

Nominal shipping charges for COD orders is Rs.108

For Prepaid Orders shipping is free.

  • If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, you will get refund for the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
  • If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on Returns Policy.

Return Policy

Returns are subject to sellers’ return policy. To return any item, you must retain the original invoice and preserve the product to be returned in its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try out a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its original condition and sale-ability.

What is myvishal.com's 30 day return policy? How does it work?

MyVishal.com's 30 day returns policy seeks to help buyers who are not satisfied by their purchase from the sellers on the site. Our 30 days return policy gives you an option to return items purchased on myvishal.com for valid and specific reasons within 30 days from placing the order on the website. The returned product should be unused and be preserved in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact. You are welcome to try out a product but please take adequate measure to ensure that it is in resalable condition.

Return To Store Policy

Customers need to visit any Vishal Mega Mart store in their vicinity and return their products that they wish to, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

You would need to carry – MYVISHAL Invoice, Items in the resalable condition along with original bar-codes and tags intact. For all Cash of delivery orders, cash refund will be given at the stores once all the return criteria are met. For Prepaid orders, refund would be initiated immediately online via the same payment mode.

Return / exchange will not be allowed on undergarments, fashion accessories and altered, damaged & used products.

For those locations where we do not have stores, we request the customer to send back the article through any local courier to our address – E-commerce Department, c/o Air Plaza Retail Holding PVT. LTD., Plot No 184, Platinum Tower, 5th Floor, Udyog Vihar, Phase I, Gurgaon, Haryana- 122016, Phone- 011-30017604 and once the article is received we will refund for the order and also a reverse shipping coupon of Rs 59 will be given to the customer.

What are the valid and specific reasons for returning a product back to us?


  • Size doesn’t match
  • Damaged/torn/soiled merchandise
  • A missing item
  • Wrong Product (not same as ordered) – color, size

How can I return a product to seller?

The address of sellers is on the delivery documents. Some sellers may offer return addresses in multiple cities for ease in ordering. Check with the respective sellers for this.

If a seller finds the return as valid return; a refund will be initiated by the seller. Refund will be credited back to your account of pay method used by you. Valid returns are returns which pass the quality check followed by a seller. If the returned product does not pass the quality check, the amount you paid for that product will be not be credited back or refunded, along with the courier charge. The same item will be returned back to you.

Which products are exceptions to this return policy?

Following products will not be eligible for return:

  • Undergarments, inner-wear and fashion accessories cannot be returned.
  • Damages due to misuse of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used/installed
  • Tampered products
  • Any defect/damage not covered under manufacturer’s warranty
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging, if any, and all other items originally included in the products delivered

All qualified sellers of clothing and jewellery accept returns subject to the following conditions:

  • Clothes are not used, altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way
  • Original tags and packaging should be intact.
