Registration

How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the Sign In link on the homepage. Providing optional details will help us in serving you better. You may edit your details later by visiting My Account.

Is Registration mandatory?

You need to be registered and logged in at the time of placing the order. Your email id will be used for sending the order details. For availing of benefits like loyalty points redemption or using a promotion code, you must Sign In

I am already a Loyalty member of Vishal. Do I need to register?

Yes. For online delivery, we need more details like address and user id. You can register using your loyalty details and enter only the additional details.

I have multiple delivery addresses. How do I register my delivery address?

You can associate multiple delivery addresses for your registered email-id. At the time of ‘Check Out’, you can choose the address.

Password and Security

You can set your own password at the time of registration. You must keep your password confidential as you are responsible for all orders that are submitted with your login.

How do I recover a forgotten password?

Click on Forgot Password and we will send you a new password at your registered email id. You can login with this new password. You will be prompted to change your password after login.

How do I order?

Ordering on www.myvishal.com/ is easy.

What are Delivery Charges?

The applicable shipping charge for all:

Prepaid orders - Rs.0

Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Orders - Rs.108

How do I keep track of what I have added in my shopping cart?

You can see the details of your cart by clicking on ‘My Shopping Cart’

How do I add/remove items in/from the shopping cart?

You can click on the Cart to view the details for making any changes.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email notification titled ‘Order Confirmation’ for your successful transaction(s). This email contains your order number and product details to show your order is being processed. You will also get sms notification on the registered mobile number.

How do I change my order?

Accepted orders cannot be changed. Please call our Customer Service Desk for any urgent requirement and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery for all accepted orders is done using standard courier at the address you provided at the time of ordering. Depending on your location, it may take 2-5 business days for delivery.

We deliver only on business days that include Monday through Saturday. We depend on shipping partners for delivery, who may not work on Sunday and on Public Holidays

You will receive delivery information on your registered email id.

Payment

How do I pay?

You can pay for your orders through credit/debit card or through net-banking. We also accept Cash. To make payment in cash, select CoD (Cash on Delivery) at checkout.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit cards on www.myvishal.com

Yes. It is safe to use your card on myvishal.com. You have additional authentication for VISA cards- Verified by Visa (VBV) and Master cards - MasterCard Secure Code (MSC) offered by respective merchants.

Do you store my credit/debit card details?

No.We do not store your credit/debit card details. These details are used by payment gateway and are encrypted for processing the payment.

What if my card/account is debited but order is not confirmed?

It is unlikely that such a situation will arise. However, in the event that it does, please call our customer service desk or write a mail to customercare@vishalwholesale.co.in, we will address this at the earliest.

If I pay by card or net-banking how do I get the refund for items not delivered?

If, for any reason, we are not able to deliver any product, the balance amount will be refunded to your card or bank account.

What If my order doesn’t get delivered after payment?

We guarantee delivery for every accepted order except in unforeseen situations like National Bandhs, strikes etc. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.

Are there any other charges payable at the time of delivery?

No. Our prices are inclusive of taxes. Delivery charges are applicable based on order value and are accounted for at the time of ordering.

What is Vishal Loyalty Program?

For any purchase made at Vishal, online or at store, you accumulate points and these points can be redeemed online or at store. Please read Vishal Loyalty Program for more details

I have a promotion/coupon code. Where do I enter this?

Coupon Code can be added at the time of Check Out.

How do I redeem Loyalty Points?

Loyalty points can be redeemed at the time of Check Out (subject to availability). Redeemed points should be 20 or more.

I have a Vishal Gift Card. Can I use it on www.myvishal.com?

We do not allow online redemption of gift cards.

Can I get delivery at an address different from what I used for Registration?

Yes. You have the option to associate more than one address with your user id. You can choose the delivery address at the time of ordering.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery for all accepted orders is done using standard courier at the address you provided at the time of ordering. Depending on your location, it may take 2-5 business days for delivery.

We deliver only on business days that include Monday through Saturday. We remain closed on Sunday and gazetted or statutory holidays. The holidays can vary from state to state.

Will someone inform me before the delivery?

You will get an e-mail from us with details on shipped date.

What are the timings of Customer Service?
