Cancellation, Returns & REFUNDS

As the sellers start processing the orders immediately, accepted orders cannot be changed.

For Fashion – Buyers are protected No questions asked 30 days return policy’. Returns can be made directly to the seller on the address listed in your invoice. Sellers may list its premises in multiple cities for sending the return.

Product you want to return must not be used and must be preserved in its original condition, packaging and any tags intact.Sellers accept returns only if the products are returned in a saleable condition in an unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition. Inner-wear, socks, fashion accessories & hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds – Fashion

Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund charges may be applicable on case to case basis. Refunds will be credited to your account after deducting applicable bank charges up to a maximum of 5%. If VEPL suspects any fraudulent transaction by any buyer or seller or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the Site, VEPL at its sole discretion may cancel such orders.
